Kiev city municipality has started accepting applications for the installation of Wi-Fi networks in bomb shelters of the capital city. The municipality has launched a special website for the applications. Residents applying for the service are being asked to meet staff arriving for installation work, for safety reasons. The municipality has also invited Ukrainian ISPs to help provide bomb shelters with internet services in Kiev and across the country.
